I love the new App Store for the iPhone. Not a lot of applications yet but this one fits the bill for us straphangers who are always looking for their little folded print map which is not in 3 pieces. Now I can use my iPhone as an intelligent tool to navigate the MTA subway system with location based awareness, start to end step by step directions, address search and Google Maps integration. With applications starting to flow out of the iPhone API as well as widget platforms such as http://www.musestorm.com/ we will all start customizing our iPhones with games and new must have killer apps which will help cement Apples dominates in the smart phone market. Look out RIMM, LG, Nokia and Motorola.
